Muslim PT ("we", "our", "us") is a fitness‑coaching service for busy Muslim men, operated by Umar, registered in United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you interact with us, including through Facebook® or Instagram® Lead Ads (the "Lead Ads"), our website https://themuslimpt.framer.website/ (the "Site"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By submitting information via our Lead Ads or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health data) through Lead Ads. If you choose to share fitness‑related details during onboarding, those will be processed in line with this Policy.


2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information to:

Provide, personalise and improve our coaching Services;

Respond to enquiries and book discovery calls;

Send administrative messages, program updates and WhatsApp reminders;

Deliver marketing communications you have consented to receive (including retargeting via Meta platforms);

Analyse ad performance, Site usage and customer trends;

Detect, prevent and address security or legal issues.

Our processing relies on one or more of the following legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): your consent; performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in marketing and improving Services; and compliance with legal obligations.


3. How We Share & Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it, under confidentiality agreements, with:

Service Providers – payment processors, CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), cloud hosting, analytics, Meta (for Lead Ads) and WhatsApp, who act on our instructions;

Legal or Safety Authorities – where required to comply with law or protect rights and safety;
